Transportation and installation

Open the package and check whether the machine is damaged during transportation. Place it in a spacious place. The control panel is on the front side (entry point). Arrange the position reasonably. Please lay the machine flat and reserve the door opening position on both sides for maintenance or replacement of gauze strips. Do not place it in uneven places (please check whether the ground is flat if the lifting chain falls off or the sound is abnormal)

 

3. Be sure to remove the fixings (if the swing motor is not removed and forced operation is 

performed, the swing motor will be damaged)

Open the doors on both sides of the machine, the fixings must be removed, and check if the circuit is not damaged

Connect the power

The electrical system of this machine has been installed and debugged by our factory. It must be operated for more than 2 hours to confirm that there is no problem before it can be shipped. Generally, customers do not need to re-debug. On the lower right side of the front of the equipment (if not, on the wiring terminals R, S, T in the electrical box), use a three-core copper wire of not less than 6mm² to connect to the three interfaces of the wiring (or switch) respectively. After the power is connected, the phase sequence protector lights up green, which means the power is connected correctly. If the red light is on, please turn off the power first, and then swap the middle and one side wires. (Because the inverter itself has static electricity, please connect the ground wire) After connecting the power, please press "five" for a short test run
