Product Description

MT623A 4-axis machining center designed to perform complex machining on solid wood elements. In addition to turning, it performs milling, shaping, sanding, and engraving operations on the piece in a single work cycle and in a short time, thanks to the equipment of a ATC electrospindle, and multiple work groups with simultaneous management.
MT623A  is capable of producing either turned or shaped furniture and joinery parts. Components such newel posts, stair spindles (with modern contemporary design), chair, table and sofa legs among others can all be produced on this machine.
Production 30% more efficient and more flexible with the fully machining process of turning,milling, drilling and sanding in one set-up.
Detailed Milling Unit can make detail shaping, drilling, mortising, engraving etc. finish jobs. The Rotateable milling head (to both side 90 degree), can make all specific requirements of the work piece. The electrospindle has automatic tool changing system and 5 position tool magazine.Turning Unit can make the turned parts easly and fast with V form Gauger Cutter. It can cut both two direction of the X axis.Sanding Unit can clean the flat surfaces and straight round furfaces easly.
